Kimble County has hundreds of natural springs. These springs feed the North Llano and South Llano Rivers which come together to form the Llano River. Here the water runs cool and clear making Kimble County and Junction Texas, the "Land of the Living Waters".

Kimble-Menard Friends of NRA
Special Event

This Saturday, March 17 from 8:30am - 5pm
at Hill Country Sporting Goods

As a promotion for our 9th Annual Friends of NRA Banquet,
We will be setup at Hill Country Sporting Goods, selling decks of cards,
at $20 per card, for a chance at your choice of firearm on Wall of Guns,
or a $500 Gift Certificate at Hill Country Sporting Goods.
After each deck is completely sold (52 cards) we will draw a winner, then begin selling the next deck of cards. Need not be present to win.

We will also be selling Event Tickets, Pre-Event Raffle Tickets and Table Packages, for the FNRA Banquet, held on Thursday, April 5th.

Come by and help support a great program, that has put over
$120,000 into the Junction and Menard youth 4H programs.

700 Springs Ranch Tour

Date for 700 Springs Ranch Tour is Saturday, April 28, 2018. The annual outing to Seven Hundred Springs will be As in past years, we will meet at the Courthouse in Junction, and the motorcade will leave at 10:00 o’clock for the 21-mile trip to the Pfluger’s 700 Springs ranch on the South Llano River between Junction and Rocksprings. Participants do not need to make advance reservations but must sign the register upon arriving in Junction. There is no charge for the event, but goodwill donations are accepted for our Kimble County Museum Building Fund.
