Kimble County Chamber  of Commerce
Kimble County has hundreds of natural springs. These springs feed the North Llano and South Llano Rivers which come together to form the Llano River. Here the water runs cool and clear making Kimble County the "Land of the Living Waters".
 

Kimble County Meals on Wheels
is having a Fish Fry Dinner
on February 12, 2012 at the center. 
The cost of the meal will be $10.00 for adults
and $8.00 for children. 
The meal includes drink and dessert.
The center will start serving
at 11:00 A.M. to 2:00P.M. 
Also curb side take out will be available. Seating will be limited so call for reservation early if planning to eat at center.

Kimble County Historical Museum Building Committee Fund-raiser
Saturday evening,
March 10,2012 at
Coke Stevenson Center
Joanie Puryear, Fredericksburg, descendant of William P & Elizabeth Tumlinson Taylor family, Goliad, will be guest speaker.
She is one of many descendants of Josiah Taylor family, early Texans.
Creed Taylor & his brother, William P.
have many descendants who shaped Kimble County's history. Joanie’s husband, Grady, is a descendant of the Speer family who lived here when Sam Speer & Isaac Kountz were killed by Indians.
A barbecue dinner will be served
& tickets will soon be available.

Junction Rotary Club
is selling Ads for High School Sports posters again this year.
We will publish a schedule for Baseball/Softball, Football, & Basketball. Advertising money stays in Junction
 & is d
istributed among several community projects & other community service projects.
Pricing : 2x2 ad=$65. 2x4 ad=$125. 4x4 ad=$200. (10% disc. when all ads purchased for all 3 schedules at once) Contact Jct. Rotary Club members for info.
